Material

Anchor flange is a kind of Engineering component. It can be replaced by short pipe with thrust ring or wall-piercing sleeve where the pressure is low. For the connection of fixed pipeline which requires burying underground or not repairing for life, and when the pressure is high, the use of conventional flange can not ensure the safe and reliable work of high-pressure pipeline. Anchor flange is an axisymmetric ring with flanges. The flanges are symmetrical flanges on both sides. The ends of the flanges are welded with the ports of pipes respectively and embedded in anchor piles. Because the two flanges connected by bolts in the existing technology are combined together, the sealing gasket is cancelled, and an integral flange is made, which is connected with the pipeline by welding and fixed by flange and flange body and anchoring pile, so that it can be used to fix the connection of the pipeline.
